Outcome Deals
Deal FAQ
Short answers to the questions that come up once your deal is running.
Your part
Does the agent do everything?
It does the research, picks each change, writes it, and measures what it did. You approve its plan, put each change live, and tell it when a change is live. It can't publish to your site on its own. Who does what.
How much of my time does it take?
Setup is one conversation. After that, a new title and description take minutes to paste in. A rewritten section or a new page takes longer. Plan on a short visit every few days, most of them early in the window.
What if I don't apply a change?
It can't move your clicks, and it doesn't count as shipped. If no change ships during your window, you're refunded in full.
Can I tell the agent what not to touch?
Yes. Say it in Setup, or any time in Chat: pages to leave alone, claims not to make, words your brand doesn't use.
Timing
When does my window start?
When you click Set up the outcome on your deal page, not when you pay. Your deal page shows the exact dates. Most deals run 28 days; a starter deal runs 45.
What if I never set it up?
You have 14 days after paying. After that the deal expires and you're refunded in full.
Does the agent work while I'm away?
New runs don't start on their own yet. A run you started keeps going if you close the tab. If it asks you something, the question waits 10 minutes, then the run carries on without your answer.
Why aren't my clicks moving yet?
Search Console reports clicks about three days late. A new title can show up in Google within days; content changes take weeks; new pages take months. For each change, the agent also names an early sign to watch before clicks arrive, usually how often the page shows up for the searches it was changed for. The Experiments tab has those readings.
Why does the deal banner show a dash under Current?
The banner doesn't show a live click count yet. The agent's readings are on the Outcome tab, and your deal page shows the final number when the deal settles.
Money
How does the deal settle?
Three days after your window ends, we measure total Google Search clicks for your site over the window. Reach the target and you pay the full price. Fall short and we refund the share of the rise you didn't get. See a worked example.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with a full refund, until the agent's first run starts. Contact us to cancel.
What if my Search Console connection stops working?
Your deal is measured through it, so reconnect it as soon as you can under Connectors in your workspace. If we still can't measure your clicks when the window ends, the deal is refunded in full.
The agent
Will it change my site without asking?
It can't publish to your site. With your code connected, it opens pull requests that you merge. Otherwise it hands you each change to make. Changes that can't be cleanly undone, like redirects or deleting a page, always come to you first.
Can I change the target or the number?
No. The number your deal is measured on, and the target, were fixed when you paid. They're terms of the deal.
Google shows a title I didn't write. Why?
Google rewrites titles it judges unhelpful for a search. It happens often. The agent treats it as something learned about what people searching want, and plans around it.
I changed something on my site myself. Is that a problem?
No, but tell the agent. A redesign, a new plugin, or a page that moved can move clicks too, and the agent needs to know to judge its own changes fairly.
Can I run my deal in the Nimrobo Mac app?
No. Your deal runs in your web workspace. The Mac app is for running your own outcome loops, on your own number, on your own machine.
