How the money works

Negotiate your outcome deal
You bring the outcome you want to move. Rocky reads what it is doing today, counters with a target he will stand behind, and prices it. Nothing binds until you accept.
You pay the cost up front
Between $10 and $30, depending on how much lift the target promises. That is the entire cost of the deal. There is nothing further to pay if it works.
We keep only what we achieve
At the end of the 28-day window we measure the same number again. Hit the target and we keep all of it. Land half the promised lift and we keep half. Move nothing and all of it comes back.
Overshooting is free
The target caps what we can earn; it is a ceiling, not a floor. Beat it by any margin and we still keep only the cost you already agreed to.

Free is capped at one active outcome project. Create another and the older one locks until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
