3. Google Account Connections

If you connect a Google Analytics or Google Search Console account to Nimrobo, we request read-only access only — the analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly Google scopes. We never request permission to write, modify, or delete anything in your Google Analytics or Search Console account.

What we access: the Google Analytics and/or Search Console data for the properties and sites you choose to connect (for example, traffic, conversion, and search performance metrics), and the email address of the Google account you connect with, so we can label the connection for you.

How we use it: solely to answer requests you or your agent make inside your outcome loop, so you can see how a metric you own is changing. We do not use this data for advertising, to build user profiles, to assess creditworthiness, or to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

How we store it: your Google Analytics or Search Console data itself is not stored on our servers — it passes through our server to your agent on each request and is not retained or cached. The authorization that lets us make read-only requests on your behalf (your Google refresh token) is stored encrypted at rest, scoped to your account only.

Sharing: we do not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to any third party. Nimrobo’s access to and use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting: you can disconnect a Google Analytics or Search Console connection at any time from within Nimrobo. Disconnecting revokes Nimrobo’s access at Google and deletes the stored authorization for that connection. You can also revoke Nimrobo’s access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist in our operations
• Law enforcement when required by law
• Third parties with your explicit consent

Google user data is never included in the above — see “Google Account Connections” for how we handle data obtained through Google APIs.
