Guardrails and Approval

Some actions are cheap to try. Others aren't — those get a check first.

Guardrails

Every north star ships with limits the agent can't cross while trying to move it — set once, enforced on every run.

A gate is the pass/fail check a run must clear before it counts as done.

For irreversible actions, the gate is also where you get asked before the agent proceeds — the run pauses and waits for you.
